In the week 14 to 18 September the VI World Congress of Agronomists was hold at EXPO with the purpose to exchange expertise and research solutions to feed the world in coming years and to put some ethical limit to agriculture and pressure on man and environment, as per the World Charter of agronomists released at the end of the congress.
The congress was open by Italian Food and Forestry Maurizio Martina and received the medal of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
During the opening day, in the section dedicated to Productivity and Sustainability, dott. Thaer Yaseen of Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari (IAMB) presented results obtained using electrolyzed , produced by EVA machine, on field and in post-harvest.
