隔膜电解槽氯碱技术创新:PMX® 无石棉隔膜

PMX® 无石棉隔膜基于聚合物材料技术设计,通过隔膜电解槽最佳可用技术 (BAT) 认证(工业排放指令2010/75/欧盟–综合污染防治–联合研究中心–2014)。
PMX®​是一种独特的解决方案,将氟化聚合物和陶瓷的耐久性与沉积技术相结合,为氯碱行业的隔膜电解槽创造了最佳的隔膜技术方案。这种隔膜材料的优势突出:不致癌、耐大多数化学物质、可清洗,而且具有更持久的机械性能和更好的电阻性能。
隔膜结构可根据最终用户和工艺的需要进行定制和微调:该隔膜适用于各种盐水和操作条件(最高可达极低CD<;1kA/m2,适用于极大尺寸的电解槽)。
PMX®的纤维尺寸比导致危险的致癌极限还要大几个数量级,因此对人体无害。
